I have 2 tickets to the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert at the Xcel Energy Center in St Paul, MN. It's at 7:30 pm on June 8th. The seats are in Section 116, Row 19, Seats 1-2. I paid $240 for them, so I'm asking for $120 each (or the best offer). I am willing to sell these as a pair.
I have 4 tickets to the Martina McBride concert at the Alerus Center. It's at 7 pm on July 22nd. The seats are in Section 106, Row R, Seats 3-6. I paid $300 for them, so I'm asking for $75 each (or the best offer). I am willing to sell them in pairs, or you can buy all 4 of them.
I have 2 tickets to the Nickelback concert at the Alerus Center. It's at 7 pm on July 24th. They are general admission tickets, which is probably the best deal because it's first come first serve on the floor. I paid $140 for them, so I'm asking for $70 each (or the best offer). I am selling these as a pair.

CashCrate
So, since I am just a poor college student, I have been looking at ways to make a little more money while being online. I then found CashCrate, which pays you to fill out offers from their website. In the last couple days, I've made $16.50 just by signing up for websites. You just need to register, fill out the survey, sign up for a free trial, etc. And some offers have a higher payout than others, so you can kinda pick and choose which sites to sign up for. Then CashCrate looks at what you did, confirms it, and then adds it to your earnings. It's really easy, I was impressed, and now I love it! So all you have to do to start is click the link below, and start filling out offers! I hope you guys have fun with it, let me know what you think!!

Jonathan Toews in NHL
Yepp, you heard right. Toews has signed a 3 year deal with the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL. I'm probably one of the last people in the world to write about this, but oh well. At least now the waiting is over for Toews' decision. Now we just wait out Brian Lee's decision.
Good luck in the pros Johnny! I'll miss seein you around campus! You'll do a "fuckin' great job" lol

I'm Back
So it's been about a month since I've posted on here. I've been busy with school and work, and trying to figure out what's going on. I'm just going to give a really quick update on the Sioux sports world, although mostly hockey since that is the most interesting topic right now.
Jonathan Toews is on the brink of making a decision on whether he is going to stay at UND or if he's going to sign with the Chicago Blackhawks in the NHL. He's said that his decision will come in the next couple weeks. This came after some anonymous reporters had reported that he had already signed with the NHL team. I will provide more information on this as Johnny and Brian Lee make their decisions.
That's the biggest talk on campus right now about the Sioux. But it's summertime, and a lot of the campus has left, so there really isn't all that much to say. They're keeping up on recruiting, as they always are, and the former players in the NHL have been doing a great job! Zach Parise and Travis Zajac played with the New Jersey Devils in the playoffs, as Drew Stafford is right now with the Buffalo Sabres.
I have been in contact with a couple of the recruits... Derrick LaPoint is very excited to come here and play for the Sioux, as the just-turned-19 year old has told me a couple times! I've only heard good things about him, so hopefully he can get some playing time! Matt Frattin has told me that he's sent in all his applications and everything, so he's planning on coming here in August, but he just needs to hear back from a few people. So far, those are the only guys I've talked to, maybe more in the future!
The football team has done some hardcore recruiting for next year. I've talked to a lot of the incoming freshman, and they are all really excited to be coming here! Most of them have no idea how they're registering for classes, and I've told some of them to come visit during the summer, so we'll see what they do. It's a fairly big recruiting class, with guys coming from all over the country (Texas, Arizona, Wisconsin, etc.) so we should have a pretty good team next year!
Well, I think that's enough for now. If I have any more information on anything, I will surely post it! Thanks for reading!

Jonathan Toews
The biggest sports news on campus right now is that of Fighting Sioux hockey star and 3rd overall draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks, Jonathan Toews. TJ Oshie, another big star of the team, is also in the same boat with his teammate. The first article that came out said that Johnny had been charged with 10 days in jail and a $750 fine, while TJ was on a one year suspension and $400 some for a fine. There was a lot of talk about that. The story has now been changed, saying that the 10 days are suspended and he will only pay about $425. Both stories were published in the Grand Forks Herald and the Fargo Forum, but only the Herald's article has been changed.
IMO, this seems just fine. I'm glad that they're finally doing something about this situation. They shouldn't get special treatment for being athletes on a well-known team, they should get treated just like everyone else would. Anyways, there's nothing any of us can do about it now. I wish the boys the best in whatever happens, they're good guys.

Virginia Tech Tragedy
I've been wanting to start a blog for a while now, so it seemed like today would be a good time to start. I wanted to do mainly a sports blog, but this first post will be about the most recent news that most people have already heard about.
As a college student living on campus, this news about the Virginia Tech massacre has really gotten to me. It's a really scary thought knowing that someone on a college campus can just go on a shooting spree like this. College campuses are supposed to be a safe place for people, and now it's kind of nerve-wracking thinking this could happen anywhere! Almost everywhere I go, people are talking about it or else it's on TV. What's happened to the world for someone to do this?!
I would just like everyone to think about and pray for all those affected by this horrible tragedy, and never forget what happened yesterday. Oh, and comments would be nice, I don't fully understand this blogging thing yet.....
